Hello
My name is Debbie Wheeler. I am dedicated to helping you travel your journey to mental health. I believe that strong individuals help to build strong families that lead to stronger communities.
I believe that to build strong leaders for the future we must focus on the resilience of youth today. Whether it is guiding parents through challenging times or teaching resilience-building classes, there are countless ways to assist in strengthening one another.
My Experience
I hold a Masters Degree in Education with a focus on Child Development and a Masters Degree in Personal Counseling. I graduated Summa Cum Laude in both programs. I am the recipient of the Juliette Thorner Award as well as the Presidential Service Award I am also a Golden Key International Honor Society member.
After 20 years in the educational field, working in both public and private school settings, I decided to alter directions to better serve the entire family.
Now, I share my passion for helping by striving to empower each individual with personal confidence, renewed self-love, and guided achievement of fulfilling goals. I also endeavor to create future leaders of tomorrow by helping build resilient youth today.
My Approach
The goal is to help identify gaps and capitalize on opportunities. Each individual has been gifted with unique qualities and every person desires personal accomplishments. This is attainable by all.
When working together we will discover the best course of treatment to support your individual needs. When working with youth, my process is designed to empower youth in their own decision making and outfit them with the tools they need to succeed.
Working together we can build on strengths, enrich core values and enhance resilience to assist with success. You will find a supportive and collaborative environment.

I work with individuals and family units to provide the best help needed for personal circumstances. I also host group sessions for specific areas of interest and support.
